30th June 2011, Bwaila—The Afri-CAN Café Cooperative Charity is pleased to announce that the catering contract with the Malawi District Health Office ‘DHO’ has had a successful two months.
Being part of the quality of life and a ‘second home’ is the aspiration of coffee shops and cafes throughout the world. This is now clearly being achieved.
It is anticipated that between May 2011 and May 2012 over 10,900 meals will be served to Malawi DHO Staff Members.
Malawi continues to suffer severe fuel shortages and disruption but the ACC team remains focused on delivering both smiles and food to their customers every day.
The catering contract forms just a part of The Afri-CAN Café offering, providing a much appreciated service, which has taken determination by the ACC Staff to deliver on occasionally difficult days.
