Fresh out the ground this morning from local farmer Miriam Nomnqopisho Bangisa. Lettuce, leeks, spring onions all R3 each. Lungiswa (Lungi) our Head Chef and Manager at The Afri-CAN Café Philippi is delighted to be buying vegetables and supplies from our local farmers right here in Philippi. 
“I love shopping like this” says Lungiswa “you don’t get fresher than this.” The team is looking forward to Farmer Miriam’s visit next week.
