We’re thrilled to welcome Ashley Lopez, one of our Afri-CAN Charity Trustees and the Chief Operating Officer of London based The Department of Coffee and Social Affairs to the Afri-CAN Café in Philippi, Cape Town. Poppy Bruffell, who works in the head office of The Department of Coffee & Social Affairs, a specialty coffee shop group, joins Ashley.
Ashley and Poppy will spend the week reviewing café operations and training staff in the areas of: touch point service; customer engagement; time management; inventory analysis and monitoring and supply ordering.
