In Lilongwe, Malawi, The Afri‐Can Cafés at both Central and Bwaila Hospital were honoured today to be chosen as the venues for this year’s Doctor’s Review.
Already popular with the staff, patients, their friends and families – the Afri‐CAN Cafés will host the annual events. All clinical staff are expected to attend the review.
Jessica Donnelly spokesman for the Afri‐CAN cafes said ‘It’s great that The Afri‐CAN Cafés have been chosen for the events. It’s a terrific endorsement for the team and further demonstrates the Cafés are becoming social hubs. We are looking at other ways the Cafes can be used as meeting points for various organisations.’
